Yamini was very helpful, friendly and good with the patient.

Not on this ward but on the one before here felt like nurses were putting unnecessary stress onto the patient and ourselves.

The nurses are always kind when I come to the ward. They look after me and help me. I like them.

A&E she means the receptionist were not so kind they made me walk when I felt unwell. They did not listen to me. I want everyone to be like the nurses. Some people were nice in A&E.
