- All staff on ward hardworking and friendly, helpful and caring.
- Did not think food was up to much.
- Did not have bedding changed over 72 hrs (but did ask for it to be changed as busy enough).

* The midwife look after me over-night, - Natalia, she is very good and caring.
* The temperature in the ward is very warm, I felt very uncomfortable.
* Needs to wait for long time to be reviewed by doctor before discharge!!

Appointment was at 10:40 didn't get seen until 12:20. No explanation or apology from any members of staff.
Always seem to have problems at Queens.
