My care was undertaken by good nurses and a doctor. They made me feel relaxed at all times. And they were all polite.

Even when staff extremely busy were never fazed by this and continued to give brilliant individualised patient care. I can honestly say that the attitude of professionalism, courtesy and reassurance has made a rather "apprehensive" situation enjoyable (speaking also from the patient point of view as retired health care professional"). Arrived late at the ward given a drink and food and treated very well.
Processed through the system from A and W smoothly with good care all the way.
Only concern in my follow up investigation may take too long, which makes life uncertain and causes anxiety.
I am under coronary care.
