The nurses and doctors were very helpful and supportive, they allowed for me to go home and come back for my son's treatment. Jess was extremely helpful she was able to get all his meds for me very quickly. She arranged the after care appointments for my son, she is very good with my soon, thank you Jess

the staff were fantastic but despartely overworked. I was extremely upset that the visiting hours of 10.30 - 7.30 were not enforced and compained many times. Also the 2 visitors to be bed rule. Visitors left the ward at 10.30pm, nosiy eating take aways they brought in with them after 7.30. Nurses too busy to argue with them. Please have security patrol at 7.30 they are trained to deal with them
