Fully advised of what was going to happen at all times, Nurses always helpful at all times. Very friendly and professional. Made to feel comfortable from start to finish.

Everything was fine except the sandwiches (Cheddar in brown) were hard to swallow without any moisture in them e.g a slice of tomato or some salad would have been a great help.
Sorry but its a simple thing. Nurse kindly offered to make me another cup of tea.

Nurses kept me up to date on things, very polite, considerate. Only thing that could be improved is waiting time but not really nurses fault.

Quick referral.
Helpful reception staff.
Friendly and caring nursing staff.
Procedure fully explained.
Useful being on Saturday as I work.
Hard to find the unit from notice wards at entrance, could truce in the letter ie in orange zone ground floor.
