A huge thank you to every member of staff helping me today. The procedure was much more pleasant that I expected. There is nothing more they could of done to make the experience better. I am veg grateful for their kindness and compassion. Greatly appreciated.

Helen the nurse stayed with me and constantly asked me if I was in any pain and if I was OK to wait.
She asked me all the history of my health and examined me with great care and attention.

The kindness, consideration and care are second to none. I felt secure! Food sometimes does not taste as it looks i.e potatoes don't taste nice.
