There is a lot of repeated treatment as I have been attending for the last few months. I’ve had several eye sight tests and loads of drops and sometimes I’ve had this done again within two weeks.

Suggested improvements
Have had three appointments recently when one appointment would have left two appointments available for people on the waiting list. Got a pre op appointment on 27th August yesterday. Today got an appointment for 3rd April 2025. Not happy with that.

I had to have x rays done again that’s twice this year and once last year Total waste of money Surely these are on my records!!!! It bothered me that the NHS are on the floor yet can x ray me so many times about the same problem with my knees Would like some feed back on that
