Very bad communication from nurses I have blood clots and I went to emergency because I have kidneys stones they let me there for 11 hours time my blood test and urine test after 11 hours Dr try to discharge me but I was in a lot of pain after that doctor asked about my urine test I told him I done my urine test but they don’t have any urine test. The nurses are arrogant and complete ignorance.

Everything good and handover on changing shift was professional and impressive.

Kept me and others better informed about progress. No body Knew how long they had to wait. Several of us asked if we were still in system. Still a great improvement on Previous experiences - friendly staff and no patients being abusive
