Everyone is polite, caring and informative.

The discharge speech lacked informed information and came across a bit patronizing and anecdotal. I am not a first time but had I been I would have found the group speed unhelpful and lacking information. Best to state information like sleep safe guide lines rather than patronizing tales and sweeping statements.

The midwifery team were great. Particular credit goes to Suzanne who could see we were both exhausted from my wifes complications after 3 nights and organised a private room for us.

It took a long time for my IV drop and cannular to be fixed, approx 2 hours, stressed me a bit as I really needed the medication.

Jessica and Uday were awaiting. Explained everything well and respected and wishes. They were also gentle in their handling and respected my boundaries.

We both not liked to and did not feel respected by Some other members of the team, e.g. on letter of placing FSE.
