My daughter was happy enough throughout her stay staff were very friendly and caring.
Suggested improvements
Fan or small window in room as very hot, tissues and anti-bac provided in room. Perhaps more for older children in the play room/out door area.

Our second child to be born at Queens and both time for the care for my wife and children has been exemplary. Really good staff.
