The nursing staff have been excellent. All staff have been extremely good and made a difficult experience bearable.

The only issue during my visit was a patient who had his entire family present post visiting and the staff found it difficult to communicate with them perhaps multiple language signage would help re visiting times etc.

I was scared to come into Queens because of reputation. OMG was I surprised. Everybody from consultants, nurses, helpers cleaners everybody has been 110% would totally recommended this hospital. Thank you!

Kindness patience are important and I had that all the time.

The nurses were kind and considerate and did everything possible I felt looked after. They are good.
