All staff paid attention to being respectful and were kind, friendly and supportive. Sharmine and Issyby our nurses were very supportive and helpful. (He speaked incorrectly). Appreciated that one of the nurses came and asked my son if he worth any games to play.

I though all the staff knew exactly what job they had to do and done it pro to the highest level.

Get bigger beds.

I was treated with care and compassion, my dignity was protected. All staff very friendly which made me feel comfortable.

Improve the discharge waiting time, as it waited almost 5 hours, for the paperwork and meds, which left me a bit stressed.

Nurses have been wonderful very supportive of my emotional/physical needs as well as my baby. All questions answered and reassurance when needed gentle with my baby during tests/examinations.

Was told by one nurse that I am not allowed to go home/leave which was distressing give more clarity as to why she thinks this-ward monger said its ok to go but wait be 1:1 care. Shouldn’t give distressed parents wrong information 9 weeks.
