I was treated with care and compassion, my dignity was protected. All staff very friendly which made me feel comfortable.

Improve the discharge waiting time, as it waited almost 5 hours, for the paperwork and meds, which left me a bit stressed.

Very happy with Dr. Luca in emergency department he was kind, helpful took professional approach to sort out my patching.

Overseas patient department was rude and harassed us while my father was in hospital with lack of empathy and care and one were also accused as family that not willing to pay for treatment and people are dodgy and best pay.
