I was in agony and I will admit that I was probably annoying. Yet, all of the people that helped me were incredibly busy, but still made sure that I was comfortable. Very much appreciated.

I was with wife for her severe ear infection

Time management is very poor, patient with severe pain and serious issues can't tolerate more than 2 hours but unfortunately, this treatment can lead upto 8 to 12 hours, this must be improved and this is possible just allocation of fixed numbers of patients to each staff members. Overall, treatment is provided very well with full care, kindness and love,which is phenomenon truth.

18 hours in AandE with a head injury and they let me go with head and neck pain and unable to take a mask covering off due to not able to deal with lights
