Arrived early but was seen almost immediately.
Nurses were polite and helpful, reassuring me as we went. Nurse was attentive.
Consultant covered all my questions.
Suggested improvements
Update white board on wait times. I was seen on time there was no 35 minute delay.

Everyone was polite and approachable and friendly.
Not too much waiting as it was a virtual clinic which cut down stress.
Test results and next appointment arrived by post within days which is excellent.

The staff were all pleasant, professional and helpful. We were notified of delays for individual doctors. The doctor was thorough and advised of what the next steps to be taken would be.

More seating area whilst waiting to be seen.

Being totally honest after waiting nearly 20 years from the first initial consultation I didn’t expect to much.
I was pleasantly pleased with the consultation and outcome of my meeting.
Everyone involved in my consultation was polite, friendly and welcoming.
