There seems to be a rush in discharge patients without the relevant equipment or explanation where to obtain it from.
Suggested improvements
Make sure when patients are discharged they are even the right equipment to take home mine was not all available. No one told me where to get it.

Obviously the wait in A&E is always longer than you would like, but I understand that you are stretched. Once I had a bed, the care was brilliant.

A bit more communicated in urgent care just to say that I am in the right place etc.
