Obviously the wait in A&E is always longer than you would like, but I understand that you are stretched. Once I had a bed, the care was brilliant.
Suggested improvements
A bit more communicated in urgent care just to say that I am in the right place etc.

The nursing staff/doctors care was very good and explained everything to me.
Suggested improvements
Discharge times. I am sitting here right now at 6 pm been waiting since 10 am to have my naphrostophy pipes shortened and for my meds so that I can leave the hospital. Was discharged at 9-15 this morning no doubt there is someone else desperate fo rmy bed.

Caring and compassionate nurses and doctors. Help coming when asked for. Considerated to visitors. Overall, very good experience.
