I believe the doctors and nurses are doing amazing job, doing it professionally.
Suggested improvements
The waiting time can be frustrating however I think this is out of the hands of doctors and nurses.

Hello. I am a patient of Dr. Anna Gkountelia since last year. I had a long-standing problem with my tear ducks and had surgeries before. Dr. Anna performed two surgeries on my eyes in the past year. I must confess that these procedures.
have been life changing for me her level of professionalism and expertise are well beyond my expectations. I adore her not only as a superb senior doctor but also as a very kind and caring doctor who loves her patient and does her arms and to rectify their problems.

I totally satisfy with the treatment given to my wife. Every doctor, midwife, nurse, paramedic staff are coming in time and communicate very well and soft way. We get last treatment.

Please doctors should take some decision, sometime doctor decision is more important than the patient decision.
