All but 1 staff were tremendous, this being a ward sister on the Friday night team yet to be identified by name.

When I asked a ward sister on the Friday evening, less than 2 hours after my OP for a jug of water, she never got it, I mentioned it to a trainee who was helpful and got the water. I heard the trainee later being abused and threatened foe the rest of the shift,the sister openly refused to treat ne. at one time doing test on other ignoring me.

Waiting time is unreal. It would get more sicker staying more longer in this environment I was seen after to 5 hours of arrival and still waiting for treatment plans.

Improve the waiting time. This cannot go on some nurses need more training showing care and comparision needs not only more staff but couple more hospitals in this area.

Because certain staff were not attentive od did not show compassion when required.

Maybe to have prioritized the non-urgent patients to answer questions that could have freed up staff.
