I refused to be discharged without knowing what was the problem as I could not walk I was advised I need painkillers then an an and e doctor advised me I had sciatica and I need an MRI. He said my gp will refer me as an emergency appointment for an MRI the next day I chased the MRI to be told that the a and e doctor in his notes advised the MRI is at the discretion of the gp who I cannot get an appointment with.
