1.Heart murmer picked up in hospital (KGH).
2. Echo cardiogram appointment arrived quite promptly.
3. Follow up ambulatory care appointment arrived quite promptly too.
4. Arrived approx 30 minutes early for appt and after BP etc checked, we were ushered in to see the consultant (locum). All excellent.
Possible improvements.
1. As all was OK, night reasonably have been dealt with by letter.
2. I work as a locum pharmacist and at first needed to change given appointment when I got through to the number in the letter, what told that appointments here are done in A and E. No answer so had to hang up after 10 minutes (total time = 20 minutes review perhaps?.
