The hospital staff were terrible. There was no consistent update on my childs care plan the hospital were not understanding of his needs either. I felt I did not have a valid opinion in my childs care and was spoken too unprofessionally.

Involved me in my children care. Explain better more often and cleaner my childs plan. Make it a bit more activity {} and engage with the child.
