the staff were mostly pleasant and caring. Only failing was people would say they would do something like pain relief or change a dressing and then turn up some considerable time later or after a reminder. Overall my care was very good and the domestic staff HCA were very homely and caring but as I have never been in hospital I have nothing to compare to. I hope all hospitals are as good.
