The service of staff is kind, friendly and accommodating towards everyone. When they have been challenged they have stayed professional.

Cut down on time (I have no idea how with budget cuts you can but) I have been here for 21 hours + and still have not been admitted to the world with a bed. It is honestly shocking how long of all takes.
