Majority of staff were very attentive, giving good quality care, understanding and patience. You could not fault the level of care they give. The only issues were with a minority of the night staff. I do not say this lightly but also wish you to know it is just a minority and docs not reflect on the majority of the night staff. Some night staff were quite rude, making you feel you were bothering them and when you're ill this makes you very vulnerable. I noticed this not just with myself but other patients in the ward. If we are one of patients in their care it's not right to be told don't buzz, don't ask me known I have ten patients to see. This is my only negative comment - on whole care was excellent.
