Nurses have been so friendly and helpful along with happy which brightens mood. Improvements could be communication between doctors/staff. Also I have noticed that some night staff didn't always tend to other patients in a friendly or timely manor tones less fortunate than myself in the fact having to lay in their own toilet mess for upto 30 mins) which I found hard to watch.
