Midwifes were in majority very attentive and compassionate and listened well, other staff including nursery nurses also very good, particular gratitude goes to midwifes Ola and Natalia who went above and beyond! Same goes for Lauren nursery nurse! Thank yoy from mummy, daddy and baby

Felt that the structure of conversation betwwen patient and midwife should be the same with each Midwife. I felt that majority od structure was in two parts: 1) How patients feeling and 2) Specific medication classification (to establish patients request). On two ocassions only the patients feelings were discussed and midwife assumed rejection of all medication.
