The service standard needs improvement: There was "rudeness".
1.Communication is not accepted between nursing staff/patient.
2. Fundamental errors in signing medication being given was made - grand error this - potentially.
3. Standard of delivery/listening to basic English quite poor esp amongst some nationalities - must improve rapidly - totally unacceptable.
4. Very slow to respond to patient needs at such "sensitive" times.
