No communication from staff, when queries were made some staff answered dismissively and aggressively which overshadowed conduct of other staff.
No clear location/ guidance given about who was responsible for care and what next steps were happening
Suggested improvements
Improve staff training
Update patients on a more frequent basis on there treatment progress ( this could easily be done by the staff taking observations)
