Good: Staff were wonderful courteous and friendly and very professional. Very clean area. Water available to help ourselves.
Bad: Staff were overworked - too many patients to one nurse, particularly Fri night drunks can be difficult.
Doctors need to ask permission about procedures, e.g. x-rays, not just assume it's OK - my relative is in palliative care and does not want/need such procedures.
