From start to now the only members of staff that was good and compassionate was the ambulance staff. From the moment they handed over to the hospital the treatment and onward treatment is extremely poor, the communication from doctors and nurses to GP staff is extremely poor that they also lied about any info they did give. I’m still waiting for a phone call from the doctors as to what’s is actually wrong with me and what onward treatment I should have.

Suggested improvements
Stop with all the lies. Deal with each patient correctly. Don’t put blame from one department to another as in it’s not my job. Actually have an order of when patients arrive. Even hand out a number to each patient and cross off as you go. Have more staff on. Don’t keep moving patients about and loosing track of where they are. Have the staff read the notes and understand the patient issue. And don’t do part of a job. Complete one patient at a time.
