Pros: Speedy action (for colonoscopy). Friendly staff and consultant. Good explanation of process. Cons: Colonoscopy prep pack initially provided was incorrect (Picolax). Previous report had specified "Moviprep" so had to be notified and changed, but still not 100% correct in quantity. Due to staff not reading notes!
