-Appointment date was given in advance so it was easy to book the day off from work for my daughter to attend. I would have preferred a later appointment. Daughter preparing for her sats in a few week. Had to pick her up from school early. (10-11 yrs. Year 6 may need to be considered). -Friendly and professional staff.
