I was extremely happy with all aspects of care. Sadly, communication failure happens all the time on all aspects of life, and I did experience this with regard to a member of the medical team, sadly. Presumably we can both recognize this was due to failing on both sided, as communication is always a two way phenomenon. Tricky!!!
