My nurse seems to know everything about the care, she's presented. She is able to give me statistics and informative insight allowing me to understand what I am dealing with and making me feel more relaxed and reassured. She's welcoming and pleasant and also very understanding. I feel no judgement on her part. She is very professional. Also I want to mention the first nurse to give me an absolutely painless blood test :-) lol. I was seen by Jill.
