Showed respect, kindness and was having a laugh making me feel comfortable. Big thank you to the midwifes who helped me during birth and to Walter being there throughout the night/ morning.
Suggested improvements
Put the Catheter in correctly big first midwife Vanessa.
Jessica was amazing and very clear!
