The nurses have been so nice and welcoming! I have intolerance to lactase and they made sure I had alternatives. They are very responsive to my questions too overall it felt like being taken care of by family.

There was a small misunderstanding with my food the first time always my food was given to another patient. May be label patients name in specific dishes that were expressly requested? Or change the system so food can be ordered twice per patients.
