It was difficult to get attention from nursing staff, being left without pain relief for hours. Doctors were more attentive but seemed to have differing opinions of my condition and treatment until I was moved to majors when, after some hours I was seen by doctors who came up with a plan.

Suggested improvements
Medical staff need to communicate with each other better in order to give patients more confidence in their ability to treat them effectively. Use triage to decide which patients can tolerate being left in the corridor, those with severely compromised immunity should be kept as isolated as possible.
