The care I was given by the staff was great. My only issue was the wait time before being seen. There was no space in the waiting room so there was many of us waiting outside the eye department in the hallway.

Suggested improvements
I don't understand what had caused so many people there apart from maybe it was because of the bank holiday weekend. As the nhs is struggling atm with wait times and staff levels I honestly can't see how to make things better!
