-Very friendly staff, great at keeping her comfortable. -Prompt updates about what will be happening and when. -Lots of reassurance from doctors about babies state.

-Over-run services: cancelled original, even after staying extra nights to ensure this. -Room with no window- as a covid positive child this would have been beneficial to avoid exposing her to other parts of the ward and not breeding to leave the room for fresh air.
