The receptionist was quite nice upon our survival; I start at the desk waiting for one of the fruit. Overall very unprofessional and quite when they were speaking to us. (14/7/24 by clinic reception)

Suggested improvements
Keep patients updated on the time on sometimes you could sitting for hours and no one better you what is going on.
