Improvements: Initial care (Bp, blood, etc) quite chaotic, lots of nurses lots of patients - more of 2 streamlines needed order, providing confidence. Good: the nurse and Ap handling my care were attentive thorough. Made me feel impatient.

My midwife was Nana. Really like her. She is very helpful and nice lady.

Georgia and Samantha were superb. Talked us through everything and we felt supported and safe. Final stages team were excellent as well. Many thanks. Patricia (Birthing center midwife) could have been more communicative and taken a more active role in our care.

Treated with kindness all the time, everything was explained as I went along all tests were done quickly.

The staff were extremely welcoming. I am in extreme pain and they made me feel at ease, I like that they involve you in all that they are doing to you. :-). The snack box was wonderful this is the best idea ever. Just what I needed. :-). Thank you.
