From the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. (and x-ray nurse) everyone treated my daughter with kindness and made her feel comfortable with what was happening and as a "grown up girl" she's 9 and this matters to her.

From the time the paramedic arrived at my home to the time I left the hospital the treatment was outstanding.
The paramedic was excellent and made the correct decision for me to be taken to A and E.
Attention at A and E was excellent, seen to straight away, doctor and nurse was attentive and courteous.
All investigations done very quickly.
All staff on Mandarin a ward were outstanding.
I noticed how the elderly patients opposite me were treated and it was with care and compassion-excellent.
Even though all the staff are extremely busy, they always has a smile a 'hello' which when you are unwell.
This is really nice.
I can't praise my treatment up enough- excellent.
Everything is very clean and being cleaned regularly.
