Midwives were very thorough and had a positive attitude. Everyone was happy to help and demonstrate kindness and caring.
To improve care, greater communication about what was happening during labor - i.e where baby's head was and details problems would have helped me no better understand what to do and why.
I must thank the midwives, MCA's and student for tolerating me shouting at them.
Very helpful, attentive staff. Johanna and Shona.
The HDU, staff was very attentive and friendly. The procedure was brought forward as theater was ready, staff did all they could to make sure we had all information.
Post natal ward the midwives were amazing. Very friendly and caring our assigned midwife was Christina and she was very helpful. Never felt she was rushed always attentively listening when with you.
The night midwife was very good with my son when vomiting and made sure he was checked by doctor. Moving from HDU to postnatal took time to change sanitary pads.
Bernadetta and Angeline our midwives were great help. They were there every step of the way and my girlfriend and I really appreciated the help.
Without my two midwives I don't think I could have done it also with no epidural they were so amazing with me. I can't thank them enough for bringing my son into the world.

My care has been fantastic at every stage I have been made aware of what was happening and both my husband and I were made welcome and comfortable. When our daughter arrived everyone was very professional as well as welcoming. Thank you.
Staff were excellent.
The doctor was really good. Also the epidural doctor was really good. Also Ruth the midwife was amazing! Very grateful thank you.
If I had any questions, answers were always provided and all procedures were explained fully.
Bedside manor was amazing. I was well looked after especially when I panicked. Thank you to my midwives, Rosie, Jess Owen, Elsie and all on labour ward 27th/28th May 2016.
Things to improved.
-More thought and comfort for husbands/partners/birthing partners.
-Something to look out/focus on.
