Everything was good. Care from staff very good.
The midwife and all the staff were very lovely. They explained to me everything they gonna do to me and my baby is good.
When the consultation start, you should send the mom too back home, because everyone's different, last 2 times with my pregnancy I dilated very quickly, so why would I go and come back to hospital I should be able to wait in the room.
And checking up dilation, they said every 4 hours, scary but not happy with this as well, because I was 2cm at 12 p.m and 7cm at 2 a.m, I called the midwife and told her to check. That's not my job to do it should be more careful and watchful.
From the moment I walked in, I was given great care and attention.
Both midwives Agnieska and Nadine were fantastic and gave me assurance that all will be OK.
They answered my questions well and gave great explanations on things I was skeptical about.
Thank you so much.
I have no regrets of having my second born here at Queens birth Center.
Thank you once again.
When the baby in UNIC it is better if his mother is staying in postnatal ward. Emotionally it is very hard if you are discharged and your baby is still in UNIC.
They are so supportive.Keep it up.
I have communication barrier, I am from Pakistan and speaks Urdu but English I can just understand and could not speak frequently. I want to say that staff of post natal ward tackle this barrier with passion, and helped me in possible ways. I really appreciate your services. You are performing beyond the expectation. Keep it up. Hats off all staff of QH.
