The nurse was very friendly Naomi Skilleter, was professional, reassuring and took her time to explain things to us. Nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel reassured and was so caring and lovely to us throughout the whole time we were there.
A lovely lady who was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for being so kind.

I did wait nearly an hour to see the consultant. 3.15 till 4.13 pm but it was worth it!
