Staff are friendly and helpful.
Increasing staff members and/or improving processes to speed up the various 'triage' steps

My daughter had taken 40 laxatives and was very weak. We were told to go to A and E. I felt triage didn't seem too worried about this. They took her blood pressure but that was all. I asked but why they were not going to take a blood test, they said there wasn't much they could do. They said we could see a doctor if we wanted.
