Review of Clementine Ward A written by a patient

Very noisy ward. Do not lift chair. Trolleys noise. Doors banging. No respect for patient's report to staff of soiled sheets still not change at mid day. Bell not answered.

Doctor caring, concerned, willing to listen. Nurses are also kind and respectful. Waiting times are often long, which exacerbates anxiety over appointments. Not sure what can be done about this.

The time frame between appointments is shocking. Why does it take weeks to see a doctor after a scan. No treatment plan. Left to our own devices. My mum has been left and had delays on every ground. If the doctors was as good as the nurses there wouldn't be a problem. It clearly states that my mum doesn't want to know anything about her cancer but they decided to tell her at 1:30 am whilst on the ward. Great work.
