Helen was really good at helping reduce the pain I was in. There is no improvement for her care.
She was understanding and helpful with advice for my problem.

My injury was to my neck, shoulder and arm. Initial diagnosis led to the current programme of physio designed by Emma Dewar. Treatment extended over 6 months. Throughout Emma was patient and an excellent listener. Exercises were modified as appropriate. Explanations were excellent. My only reservation was the time the 'system' took to provide access to the care which was excellent.

The receptionist was incredibly rude and needs to be trained in how to deal with people. She has no customer people says at all. She was on duty 1-2 at 9 am and was Scottish I have always booked my aunts when looking in and she said basically.

Felt that dietitian had plenty 'of time to talk through my symptoms and was very thorough. Gave me confidence that I can get my symptoms under control through my diet.
