All the staff/nurses, physiotherapists, receptionists give me caring, understanding treatment.They are respectable, Courteous.
I have a disability illness and I receive the utmost care.
If I have any problems they are always ready to help.Thank you.

Today I met a nurse who " got me" for the first time I feel understood about my weight problem.
I feel excited about starting my new program which was discussed at our next meeting.It's so wonderful for it has to be taken seriously.

Theresa Leach was very helpful and explained what she was going to do fully. She treated me with the utmost respect and acted in a very professional manner throughout but was patronising or aloof.
What could be improved is people such as Theresa should be properly recognised for their invaluable input and brilliant service.

Sarah and all the staff were great, made you feel comfortable and at ease with what was happening, very informative.
Mr Dickenson was very professional and a very lovely man making you feel at ease and informing you of the procedure/s.

Physiotherapy.
Difficult to make appointments.
Asked for appointments in 1 wk time- none available.
Physiotherapist told me to try to book appointment for Sep as he is away until then.I am going away at the end of Sept - told only 1 appointment can be booked at once -why?
